Chocolate-Berry Cake

Ingredients:

2 ¾ cups flour - 2 cups sugar - 1 cup cocoa powder - 1 cup milk - 2 eggs - 2 teaspoons vanilla - 1 cup mixed berries - 1 cup TCF chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease two 9-inch (23cm) round cake pans.
2. Whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and milk.
3. Add eggs and vanilla, whisking until smooth.
4. Fold in berries.
5. Divide batter evenly between pans and bake for 35-40 minutes.
6. Let cool, then top with melted TCF chocolate chips and additional berries, if desired.

Berry-Forest Cake

Ingredients:

2 ¾ cups flour - 2 cups sugar - 1 cup cocoa crush of TCF slab - 1 cup milk - 2 eggs - 2 teaspoons vanilla - 2 cups buttercream - 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease three 9-inch (23cm) round cake pans. 2. Whisk together flour, sugar, TCF slab cocoa crush, and milk. 3. Add eggs and vanilla, whisking until smooth. 4. Divide batter evenly between pans and bake for 30-35 minutes. 5. Let cool, frost with buttercream, and arrange mixed berries on top to resemble a forest floor.
