Chocolate-Berry Cake
Ingredients:
2 ¾ cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1 cup TCF chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease two 9-inch (23cm) round cake pans.
2. Whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and milk.
3. Add eggs and vanilla, whisking until smooth.
4. Fold in berries.
5. Divide batter evenly between pans and bake for 35-40 minutes.
6. Let cool, then top with melted TCF chocolate chips and additional berries, if desired.
